Hi, I'm Jessica!

I'm currently a UX Designer at Amazon, innovating web and television experiences across Prime Video. I have a passion for pushing innovation and research, continuously advocating for customers. Prior to Prime Video, I designed end-to-end user experiences for Amazon Retail, specifically Consumer Electronics.

Originally from Portland, I moved to San Francisco in 2013 to play college softball and pursue a degree at Academy of Art University. While obtaining a BFA in Web Design and New Media, I developed skills from visual design, motion graphics, user experience, front-end development, 3D printing, calligraphy, typography design, footwear design and more.

Outside of work I spend time volunteering as a mentor with the Built By Girls organization, leading UX Design Thinking Workshops, and participating in Lightning Talks and panel discussions. You can often find me exploring new hikes throughout the Pacific Northwest, paddle boarding on Lake Union, traveling to new destinations, or curling up with my dog, Boo, and binge watching my favorite Amazon Originals 😉

If you’re interested in hearing more about my journey or want to collaborate on an idea, let’s chat!
